Could you tell me how much taxed I will be deducted having two part jobs instead of full time job.?

I have a choice to go for two part jobs or full time job. Both options are entitled �12p/h and it will be approx 40 hours a week ( 40 hours for full time or 16 hours + 24 hours for two part time). I prefer to go for part time. My questions is will i be deducted more taxes than having a full time job?
