Internet connection problem in samsung I5800(galaxy 3)?

i have samsung i5800 mobile..continuosly my money is getting deducted due to internet.my mobile is showing E on the top of the screen where battery,signals appear.that means im connected to intetnet..how should i disconnect it?are there any settings?my manual dint help.
