Using a flash on my bridle in hunter shows?

Will I get points deducted for wearing a flash on my horse in hunter show? Because i have my first hunter/ jumper show coming up and I need to know. Thanks! :) also, i'm new to yahoo answers. How do i respond to people's reply to my question?
