Can I request reimbursement of "Union Dues" if I was hired to a company for a 2-3 month probationary period?

Not a chance. If you had benefits, then the union will tell you that that's what your dues were for. I had the same thing happen to me with the SEIU. They didn't protect me. Chalk it up to experience.
