I purchased a vehicle in 2006?

I purchased a vehicle in 2006 and i have been making payment, well i contacted the finance company because i noticed that there is $1605.05 unaccounted for, so i then ask for them to provide me with a copy of my contract, they cannot find it. i get with the consumers credit commission who regulate the finance company and they get a copy of the contract only to show that its half of the contract with no signatures from me whatsoever on the contract, as well as they said that the 1605.05 was a trade in, i never traded in any vehicle let alone did i give a down payment, plus this money was not deducted from the asking price of the car. Is there any way i can get out of this vehicle?
