Perth, Scotland ! In the late 60s, I lived in a place called the Skinnergate Hotel. Is it still in business?

I am going back there for a nostalgic visit in August and I would like to book my old room for a couple of weeks if possible, as I have some wonderful memories and hope to meet up with some old acquaintances.
