Last night I had horrible dreams all night and didn't sleep well. On top of that I cried and cried before I went to sleep. Today is storming all day...so I still have this sad lingering feeling. We hate when people shave their poms..it changes the texture of their coat...whereas its suppose to be smooth and silky it will become more coarse...over time it will thicken..but show poms are groomed right before a show..they are what you call back brushed...which means we blowdry their fur starting from the tail and moving towards the head...this causes it to be more fluffy.

Now that school is over, and I'm finally done with my programming class, I'm feeling a tad bit nostalgic and want to make a program for myself. What I had in mind was having a list of the 27 EU countries that a user can click on. Once a country is selected, basic information is shown (population, main language, capital, etc.). I did this last year after I finished my web design class, but I'm having a harder time with java. Can anyone help get me started with this? I just need help with the layout and JButton stuff. I noticed that this was the case with my grandparents when i was younger, and my parents were persuading them to see the doctor, change their unhealthy eating habits, exercise, etc. And now it's the same for my parents! I have to urge my dad to take fish oil, eat less fatty foods, exercise, and eat more veggies! good for you, I failed every class in 7th and 8th grade. seriously i even got like 20% for gym and that was my best class. I think the tax breaks should be removed from corporations who are reporting a certain level of profit. Up and coming businesses need that extra money for reinvestment. But if its big enough to return profits and make people wealthy (established), then they should pay more taxes because America helped them get where they are. Return the favor.

So my 10 year old Dachund has an enlarged heart?

and after getting a second opinion right away from a great Vet doctor, she was prescribed enalapril 2.5mg and furosemide 12.5 for the next 15 days until her next check-up. The first vet doctor gave her the wrong medications which could have potentially made her very worse. She had an EKC today and she is healthy and happy. All her other organs are healthy, blood pressure is fine, breathing is fine and no other issues. So my question is, have these two drugs been commonly successful for enlarged heart and for CHF? She's not in CHF stage yet either. She has very minor fluid but the doctor said that should be cleared up in days with the the medications. She eat's healthy and well, gets her exercise when the weather is good, and she is loved and happy.

I work as a busser at a restaurant that has a tip pool. I get payed $7.25 plus tips. Every server tips out 1.5% of food and alcohol sales that goes into a busser tip pool. This money then gets split up between the bussers depending on how many hours each one worked. So lets say theres 10 servers and two bussers on a given night, and each server sells exactly $1,000 dollars worth of food and alcohol. Each server would tip $15 dollars into the tip pool, making the total amount of the tip pool $150 dollars. Technically each busser should receive $75 in tips for that night. But for every hour that each busser works, the restaurant deducts $1.50 out of each busser's tips. So if each busser worked 6 hours that night, the restaurant would deduct $9 from each busser's tips so that each busser would receive $66 instead of $75. It doesn't seem like much, but that amount adds up over time. The restaurant says this amount is taken out to cover their 7.65% of payroll taxes that they're supposed to pay. Well my question is, is this legal. Are they allowed to take this money out of our tips to pay their payroll taxes?

Hello everyone, I was browsing the internet for a new car and came across a 98 gt for 2600 with 179,000 miles. I think I'm nostalgic...?

So in late July of 2009 I moved states, the state I had moved from I had essentially spent my whole childhood in and still remember that summer as if it were yesterday. Also right before summer my favorite band, green day released their album and I loved it and still do to this day, only one problem, every time I hear a song off the album my mind immediatey jumps to that last summer and begins going through the whole memories thing and i feel like I have a giant pit in my stomach and almost want to cry (were all humans). This summer I was thinking of going back and visiting and my old friends said they're glad I'm visiting (I was sort of the lynchpin of our group). But should i go and have more memories my mind goes through or just stay where I am and try to stop thinking about the past? (if I were given an opportunity to move back I would take it in a second, not that i don't love my new home but I had established friends and places and all.)

Ive been asked to make a statemnet to the police, do i have to?

a man passed my gate with a shitzu, my german shepard and my labrador were in my garden, the shitzu owner then claimed that my labrador approached him and he fed him a biscuit, he than claimed that my german shepard came out to him and attacked his shitzu. my partner was in the house at the time and came out of the house to see what said man was shouting at. he admitted to feeding my dog and said that he was going to call the police. The police arrived and asked me to sign a form stating that my dog was to be kept undercontrol at all times and that a copy of this was being sent to the dog warden and the form would also be used in evedance should he "attack" again. i refused as there were no witnessess to this and ive now been asked to attend the police station to make a statemnet. do i have to do this?

I'm 17 too and also a guy. I have clinical depression which explains why I feel like crying for no reason sometimes. So ****, I really don't think that many of us 17 year old guys feel like crying too often; so maybe you should really think about finding someone whether it be a friend, parent, guidance counselor, therapist or even a psychiatrist. Good luck, with medication my depression is very manageable. If you have it too, then just know life can be so much better.

Hi, I'm nostalgic from the 50's to now. i'm just a young adult and I've been trying to figure this out. I'm fascinated by dates and most people say the Denny's didn't come downtown Billings till 1995 and the one on Overland was in 1996. I thought it took too long to get a major sit down chain bigger than Perkins. Olive Garden and Red Lobster was late in 1993. So I heard by a couple people, one guy I emailed at the Denny's corp. said actually those two Denny's in Billings opened originally early in 1993, than AGAIN in 1995 and 1996, the dates I provided earlier the furthest dates back most people have. But there was that record of them being open before, opening early in 1993. I even saw websites and talked to the manager there at the Overland location saying it was like 1985 for that location, Can any of you straighten it out and tell me if it either in fact did operate before 1995? I recently replaced my compressor and thermostat on my 6 year old unit. (Compressor died due to faulty thermostat) I keep the temp @ 76F and it today over the past few hours it has crept up to 79F. The temp outside is 93F. Is it just the hot weather making it warmer or is something else wrong?

Which classic anime deserves to be remade?

I understand that remaking old animes will resurface it's epicness, but I just have a constant fear that remaking classics will either destroy the series or create something that has nothing to do with the original story. What I do support is if they refine or "touch up" the animation and then re-release it with better picture quality. That would at least cause some kind of a ruckus. So for starters, I'm 6'5 and 270 pounds. I have been down to as low as 225 but am gaining again. My friend did some research and found out the health benefits to eating a high protein high fat diet. He is much smaller than I, but has lost 35 pounds this year. He limits his carbs to 20 a day, which is pretty standard for that diet. He's been trying to convince me to do it, and I finally decided it was a good idea after watching the movie Fathead (a little amateur but highly recommended). I'm wondering if i throw in the occasional breaded chicken or potato, limiting to about 50-100 carbs a day, would I still lose weight? Would I still have to count calories or could I still treat it like the atkins diet (ie eat as much fat as I want and only limit carbs)? I've done the atkins diet before, but it's hard to stick to for long periods. I try and exercise with Basketball, Frisbee and Badminton 2-6 times a week depending on the weather. My metabolism is extremely regular and fast working, since I am 22 years old. I also take Attention Deficit Disorder medication, which has the side effect of increased metabolism and hunger suppression, which has always helped when I've decided to diet. Can my landlord still charge me for "damages" if he already returned my security deposit?

How much do you deduct from home sale price for taxes?

If I sell a home I've owned for 5 years, for $1,090,000 and deduct $575,000 to pay off the mortgage, and let's say deduct another 7% for sales fees, leaving me with $438,700 - how much of that goes toward capital gains taxes? Let's say I have a husband - I THINK we get to write off $250K each, so does that mean no 15% capital gains tax or ? This is in CA.

I have a great interest of history. My favorite time period is the 1960s. I listen to mainly 60s music, I have a record player, I watch 60s films, groovy is part of my vocabulary, and so on and so forth. I am really into this decade, I don't really listen to current music, and I don't know the latest fads and trends. I don't watch TV. I just feel that I'm so different from my generation. I feel happy when listening to the Beatles or reading about some protest in 1968. I just feel I can be myself when I'm around these things and that I can escape from society. People my age think I am a big nerd, but I honestly cannot connect with people who are into Rap and just trying to be all like they're the ****. I think society now is plain stupid and I hate how people act to live up to societies' standards. I don't know, I just hope I'm not the only one out there. Sometimes I wish I could have lived through the 60s, but times back then weren't peachy, there was and still is a lot of racism, sexism, not really a lot acceptance of one being gay. So I understand back then wasn't perfect but......... it seems like it was pretty GROOVY back then. What do you think?

some of my horses are normally stabled at night. i wont be able to stable them for the next week and i wont be there to take there rugs on and off. they will be out in the paddock. its winter here and the lowest it gets a night is about -5 degrees and it frosts but the hoteset it gets up to during the day is about 15 degrees. the only rugs i have are really heavy weather beater rugs so should i leave their rugs on for the whole time ( will they get to hot) or should i leave them off ( will they get to cold) ??????????????

I work at a restaurant and during my once a week 6 hour shift, we are allowed a 15 minute break. Then I notice that they deduct this out of our paycheck. I've been reading labor laws and it seems to say that for shifts of 5 or more hours, a 30 minute meal period is required unless waived by both employer and employee. However this restaurant allows us a certain amount of food free, (enough for lunch) and a drink. My question is, am I entitled to compensation for these 15 minute breaks where I'm relieved of all duty and can leave the premises?

I typically receive child support on a monthly basis and this month, nothing had came through as it usually does. Is it safe to eat raspberries growing near railroad ties?

We have a patch of raspberries growing at the base of a 6-7 foot hill. At the top of the hill is a stack of 4-6 old railroad ties. The bushes are growing at least 3-4 feet away from the ties. I'm concerned that the bushes are at the base of the hill. The ties are fairly old, we have lived here fo 10 years and they looked old and weathered then. I do not smell any odors coming from the ties. There is also no visable coating on the ties.
